CHeap and Interchangable Robotic Platform

We propose the design of a robotic platform for swarm robotic which is both available and versatile.

Versatile : Our platform provides by default mandatory features for swarm robotic. Optional features can be later added thanks to a shielding mechanism

Available : This platform contains the core features needed for a low price tag. Moreover all the necessary files to extend and reproduce that platform are given here.
